Founded on 15th February 2010, PRO-Partnership LLC was incorporated to become a corporate local partner assisting foreign companies in establishing their business in Qatar, as well as providing a full range of PRO services to its partnered companies.
2011
Bethel Professional Services LLC was established on 30th November 2011 to assist companies registered in Qatar with related ongoing corporate PRO Services and employee PRO services. A general PRO License allows for official PRO Services processing, as authorized by client companies.
2012
Premier Solutions LLC was founded on 7th June 2012 to become a local partner for special company licenses and set up, such as engineering and education local companies, supported by PRO-Partnership.
2016
To help our partners in their expansion efforts, PRO-Partnership opened a new office on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai - UAE on 29th September 2016 under the name Fusion Middle East Management Services LLC, in order to assist our partners in their expansion efforts.
2017
Fusion Group Holding LLC was incorporated on 10th December 2017 in order to bring the group entities under one corporate umbrella, providing financial and management support.
2018
PRO Partnership LLC was rebranded on 22nd April 2018 to Fusion Middle East Services LLC. Bethel Professional Services LLC was rebranded on 23 rd April 2018 to Fusion Support Services LLC.
2019
On 2nd January 2019, Fusion Middle East Services - Oman was incorporated into Muscat Governate – Sultanate of Oman, at the request of clients/partners, offering Omani partnership and ongoing related PRO services in Oman.
2020
Fusion Group Holding LLC becomes TRACE Certified, including Fusion Middle East Services LLC and Fusion Support Services LLC. TRACE is a globally recognized association dedicated to anti- bribery, compliance, and good governance.
2021
Fusion Group Holding LLC becomes ISO Certified, including Fusion Middle East Services LLC and Fusion Support Services LLC. Our ISO certification includes Quality Management, Information Privacy and Security Management Certificates.
